Grievance 6035-24 - Article 15 Discipline, School Site Aide, Inappropriate conduct with a student was denied. Filed for Arbitration in concurrence with a PERB Charge. Going to final Step, Arbitration. District will present their case.
Grievance 9801-24 -  Article 13 Overtime and Article 14 Probation. Overtime worked by Probationary Employees. Outcome was denied. Filed for Arbitration.
Grievance 1061-24 - Resolved, Member being put at the site they applied for initially.
Grievance 4037-24 - Article 15 discipline. Member was disciplined without cause and a full investigation did not take place by the supervisor. Advanced to Step III - State Mediation meeting is scheduled for November 6, 2024. 
Grievance 4039-24 - Article 13 - Overtime. Employees not being able to use their comp time according to CBA within 12 months of earning and recording time. Advanced to Step III, for State Mediation. 
Grievance 9802-24 - Article 34 Salaries and Fringe Benefits. 2% One Time Cash Bonus on Base Salary for 2024/2025 fiscal year. Advanced to Step III State Mediation.
Grievance 9803-24 - Article 34 Salaries and Fringe Benefits. Members who have worked for the District after 7 years as a Classified Employee should, according to the Salary Schedule be moved to Step VI, Members who have completed 10 years of Classified Service with the District should move to Step VII. Advanced to Step III, State Mediation. 
Grievance 5026 - 24 - Article 14 - Probation and Article 15 Discipline. Member was wrongfully demoted from a promotional probationary period. Not based on job performance. Will file Step I on Friday, October 18, 2024. 
Grievance was filed for a member who is on light duty and no overtime was offered to the member. Going to Step I

LA-CE-6931-E Filed 8/29/2024, Interpretation of Summer Assistance Program, Education Code 45500. Definition of a month.
LA-CE-6930-E Filed8/29/2024, School Site Aide, Unilateral change to discipline by removing the employee from the site instead of progressive discipline.
