Dear United Steelworkers Local 8599 Family,

As we approach the end of another remarkable year, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for your solidarity. This holiday season is a time of reflection, appreciation, and celebration, and I wanted to extend my warmest wishes to you and your loved ones.

 Your dedication and hard work, have not gone unnoticed throughout the year. As we take a well-deserved break to recharge and spend quality time with our families and friends, let's carry with us the pride of our accomplishments and the anticipation of a new year and new opportunities.

 May this festive season bring you joy, peace, and moments of pure happiness. May you find time to relax, rejuvenate, and create cherished memories with your loved ones.

 Looking ahead, I am excited about the possibilities that the coming year holds for us. Eric Hall and Associates are conducting a complete reclassification of all our positions. This will be a lengthy process that will have the involvement of all employee groups. In advance, I appreciate all of your honest opinions regarding the changes to your job descriptions.
