Contract (CBA) Ratification April 15, 2025 6AM - 6PM

United Steelworkers Local 8599 Dues Paying Members, Your Vote, Your Voice. Contract Ratification on Articles 16 - Grievance Procedure and Article 21 Bereavement and Imminent Death Leave will be held a the Union Hall on April 15, 2025 from 6am - 6pm. 
Please see the attached Tentative Agreements for the changes. If you agree to the changes circle YES, if you disagree to the changes circle NO on your ballot. Your Negotiations Team will be available to answer any questions you have on the changes throughout the day. 
Because of the uncertainty of the economy both in the State of California and the Nation, the Negotiations Team elected to leave Article 34 - Salary and Benefits opened for discussion at a later date. We will meet with the District again in September 2025.
