All dues paying members are encouraged to vote on April 15, 2025 at the Union Hall from 6am - 6pm for the changes to Articles 16 - Grievance Procedure and Article 21 Bereavement and Imminent Death Leave.
Your Negotiations Team will be available to answer any of your questions on the changes throughout the day.
Please see the attached Tentative Agreements for the two Articles.
The Negotiations Team has left open Article 34 - Salary and Benefits. Due to the uncertainty of the State and Federal funding. When we return to the Negotiations Table in September we will be discussing Article 34 - Salary and Benefits for the 2025/2026 fiscal year, the 2026/2027 fiscal year and possibly two additional Articles.
Please look at our Collective Bargaining Agreement and give us your input as to what changes to language you would like to see happen.
