Congratulations to our very own Sister, Kitchen Operator at Virginia Primrose, Nailly Salib (third from left) and Kitchen Assistant Silvia Aresti (not pictured). Nailly accepted the award of No Kid Hungry national campaign. Nailly and team were one of six honorees for this year's California Hunger Hero Award. She was nominated by her Assistant Principal Dr. Salvador Rodriguez. Nailly quotes in an article from the Fontana Herald News (contributed photo from FUSD) "I feel so honored, proud and blessed.
