Vacation Cash Out

June is the month to submit for your vacation cash out. You may cash out up to seven (7) days in the month of June. Please submit the attached document and submit to payroll. 

Remember, you must be at or below your yearly accrual in order to have the ability to accrue all of your vacation time for 2026/2027 school year. 

If you are unsure what that accrual amount is, look at your BestNet under leave balances, open the + symbol on the vacation balance section, then look at your yearly accrual for 2025/2026. That will be your yearly accrual amount. 

If you submit your vacation cash out on your own, that money will show on your July 31, pay warrant. If you are over your yearly vacation accrual and you don't take action in June, payroll will automatically cash you out up to seven (7) days. That money will show on your August 31, pay warrant.
